My Sister...

Where do I begin?... The beginning seems like a good spot. I have one older sister. She is one year older and at one point was like a mother to me ..... STOP....Guess what, I will not bash my sister, or speak of our past...although I had some past falling-outs written out and my flesh wanted to share it, but as I saved it in my draft's and brought it to God, I heard "speak blessings over her and not curses".. So, instead writing about our past in detail , I WILL SPEAK BLESSINGS OVER HER INSTEAD...

Lord God, work in my sister's heart, and I know You are ALREADY doing just that. Only You can bring someone to Yourself and only You can reconcile our relationship. Help me to see my wrongdoings, to apologize when needed to forgive her for any hidden hurt AND TO BE PATIENT WITH EACH OTHER. Lord, please help my sister to also forgive me and let go of what is in the past. I pray she gives her life to You, starts reading Your WORD and starts loving the way You love.

Lord God, I know that You are All Powerful, All Knowing and Omnipresent.. You see our hearts and You can mend every hurt. Not only mend but You can make us a NEW CREATION. I pray Blessings over my sister!!! I pray that you direct her life, guide her steps and open up opportunities that will bless her life. Bless her husband and bless their marriage. Bless them with children, if that is your will for them. Lord God, You are a Good Father and You want Your children blessed. You want us to prosper financially, so I pray a multitude of financial blessings over my sister and her husband. I bind the enemy and any stronghold that has her tied down, living in the past and feeling hurt. Lord God, heal her heart and mind that she may Love with a Selfless Love. Mighty Father, tear away anyone or anything that is hindering her from becoming who YOU called her to be. Surround her with godly people who will speak blessings on her life and not curses. She is a daughter of the Most High God! She is MY SISTER!

Heavenly Father, Thank You for Your Goodness, Mercy and the Salvation we have in Jesus, Your Son. Help us to see that Jesus died for all of our sins and that NO ONE IS RIGHTEOUS, not even one, except Jesus. He died for ALL OF HUMANITY and "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Romans 10:9 KJV Father God, Thank You for all that You are doing in my life and the life of my family. Thank You for healing our relationships. Thank You for restoring trust and helping us forgive our past faults. Thank You Lord that You bring us together where we can laugh and enjoy each others company without arguments being at the forefront. Because of Jesus' blood that was shed on the cross we are forgiven, washed clean and every generational curse is broken off of our family by the Mighty name of Jesus. Amen
